With little time to browse, I purchased it expecting it to be an interesting reference on Jumbo Jetliners, as the title would imply. Unfortunately this is primarily a picture book with very little technical in|From the Publisher|The Osprey Colour Classics series was born out of an overwhelming demand for top-class aviation photography. These superbly illustrated books will appeal to aviation enthusiasts everywhere.

As would be expected from any photographer who's been employed by the aviation industry for more than three decades, Norman Pealing dishes up a fine collection of air-to-air and cockpit shots detailing an array of wide-body jets. Also depicted are the liveries worn by these jetliners, which attract more and more civil aviation enthusiasts as time wears on and more of these giant carriers disappear. Mike Savage's background analysis proves a fitting tribute to the triumph...
